Refund & Cancellation Policy

• •You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
• •Cancellation stops all future charges.
• •Cancelling during your first 7 days prevents the €9.99 renewal from being charged.
• •Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not immediately remove access you have already paid for.
• •After the paid period ends, the premium report is locked. Your results are kept, and subscribing again restores access.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been properly charged for a period you have access to. Your report is digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, so where you asked for immediate access and access has begun, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You keep every refund and consumer right required by applicable law. This includes cases where the service is faulty, not as described, unavailable, or not functioning correctly — in those cases you remain entitled to the remedies provided by law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
