BrainType IQ is an IQ-style cognitive performance assessment. It presents 35 timed challenges and produces a Cognitive Score, a Brain Type profile and a category breakdown.

It is an educational and entertainment product. It is not an official or clinical intelligence test, is not administered by a psychologist, and must not be used for hiring, medical, academic, legal or diagnostic decisions.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to enter into a contract, to purchase a subscription.

• •You must give accurate information at checkout so we can deliver access and receipts.
• •You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

• •Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the questions, answers or report content.
• •Do not attempt to bypass payment, entitlement checks or rate limits.
• •Do not interfere with the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

Paid access is sold as €1.99 for your first 7 days, then €9.99 per month until cancelled. Full details are in the Subscription Terms, and cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All questions, scoring logic, report text, branding and design are owned by [Company Legal Name] or its licensors. Your personal report is yours to keep and share; the underlying content remains ours.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will notify subscribers and stop further billing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
